Koodo took money out of my account to pay my bill three times and they say they haven't gotten payed yet WTF I want my money back

Billing disputes must be handled with a koodo Rep. Since you have proof of payment, and you say you had the same bill paid three times over, you can either call 611 directly tight at 9am thus morning, or you can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter and they'll be able to get back to you in a couple hours. Screenshots or whatever might make it easier to get it settled via social media private messages than calling.

No payment for June was taken Dillon. There is indeed an outstanding amount. May was the last month we received payment for.
