Koodo system down with no customer support!

What is Koodo's compensation plan for the customers affected by Koodo system being down in some places across the country? I have been without phone for days now just because the system is down and my Koodo local store cannot process my phone to be sent for factory reset. Why doesnt Koodo have a plan B for situations like this? I am very disappointed!

What system are you talking about? Was there a network outage where you live? I don't think there's any compensation for any outage. Like the internet, when your ISP brings it down for maintenance no one is compensated

It is more likely that your phone is having issues. If there was a broad based network outage there would be tons of people posting here.

I think you can do a factory reset on your phone yourself. If it needs to be sent out for repair for some reason that's a different story.

They have a channel support line they can call to manually process things on client's accounts and they'll also be able to advise those reps of system issues. Just sending you away saying too bad so sad isn't very good support.
