Koodo suspended my service .complain to BBB

I need full disclosure of that why koodo suspend my service due to suspicious activities .i also emailed all my ids to koodo but they say its gonna take 2 weeks ,what number i m gonna use two weeks ?its jut depressing the way you guys handle complains .I am gonna file complaint to BBB and CCTS.I want my account active asap because i sent you all my personnel information to verify .

We're not Koodo employees and don't have access to your account. All we can do in this community is help each other to get answers to questions etc. You're best bet is to contact Koodo directly to find out why you're suspended
