koodo site won't let me put call forward add on to my basic plan

Hey Guy, that's odd! I just tested it on my Koodo account and it works. Just confirming, did you try adding the $3 feature from the monthly add ons section through your postpaid self-serve http://koo.do/1TlXgoX account? Let us know.

I am unable to add the call fwd feature through self serve portal or via mobile app on my phone.
Keeps giving error. I've tried two different computers and different browsers.  If you call in to get this feature they charge you $10 for the change. :(

They don't charge you if you can't do it through self serve.
If you tried it with different devices and browsers (and still doesn't work), then contact them through FB. They will help you.
