Koodo self serve website says I need to wait for approval and that my account is linked to another email

Koodo self serve website says I need to wait for approval and that my account is linked to another email already. I checked to be sure that the email I use is correct and it says I'm using the right one but it still won't let me in. Didn't get any emails about this on any email account I've ever used.

You will need to contact Koodo to get your self serve profile fixed

I tryed to send them a message and i was told that there in box is full and that they can not receve any more emails

I only have the 1 account and now when i try to log in it says it's linked and awaiting approval.

So you had one account before, and now wanted to link the new number into it?

If so you might have to contact Koodo directly to ask them to reset it for you. I would suggest you send a message to their facebook to avoid the wait on phone.

I have the 1 account and same number, nothing has changed. I have used this account for about 6 years.I did message them on facebook and awaiting a reply.

@Larry: it is strange. As you already sent a message to their facebook. Let us know if you still have problems after receiving reply from Koodo.
