Koodo Self Serve says "No account is linked to this profile"

Hi! I have been trying to register for the Koodo Self Serve & I go through all the process & after clicking the email link it takes me to a page that says "No account is linked to this profile". Please help me, I need to register & pay my bill!!

Heath, you would have received an email with a link to validate your self serve registration a day or so after activating a line with us. Have you done that by any chance?

So you created the account through the link?
Did you use your home computer or your phone?

If it's already created are you sure you're logging into the correct self serve as there is one for prepaid and postpaid.

Can you show us a screenshot of what the error looks like as well as a brief explanation as to what your steps are to log in or create an account?
