The problems that I face sometimes are that my bill is over due because of a late payment or sometimes I go over my data. When you look at the self serve app then you notice you're over your data or your bill is due by then it's too late. I think Koodo should give better notifications/alerts from the Koodo self server app rather than via sms, to tell you when you're about to be over your limit or when it's time to pay your bill. Also self serve app allows you to change your plans with add-ons but there's no way to upgrade your smartphone. It would be great if you can pre-order smartphones from the app as well in the future.
