Koodo rep put the wrong sim card in my phone

Bought a new phone with different sim card slot. The koodo rep who sold me the phone said to just pull it out of the old and slide it into the new and now it's stuck. Can't call koodo support or the store. Moto g4 to google pixel 2xl

Are you sure you had the sim properly placed in the holder before putting it in. It would be difficult and wouldnt seem right to put a wrong size sim in the holder and insert it into your phone.

The Moto g4 uses a micro SIM and the pixel the smaller nano SIM. It would not be possible to fit the micro SIM in the Pixel’s SIM tray.

If the Rep inserted the SIM, return to the store. If you inserted it, I suggest seeking a repair facility.

No the tray isn't in, I didn't even notice until I got home and found it in the box. It's just the sim card from my moto g4+ stuck in the slot.

Rep didn't give me the proper sim card, told me I just use my old one. Up to 250 to repair and 30 days to get back because I believe the rep and put in the wrong card. Lesson learned.

Even if it was the proper size sim, you put a sim in without it being in its tray. I think you'd still be in the same boat you are in now.

Usually the re who sold you the phone would make sure everything is working before you left, unless you told them not to
