I didn't get referral bonus

I am very disappointed with Koodo customer service. 10 weeks past, I didn't get referral bonus.
already made 3 phone calls. Every time they asked me to wait. There must be something wrong with the referral program. but they just refused to fix. and I also sent them email Thursday and no reply so far.

I am sure they will Honor the referral. I have the same probleme and I'm not worrying about that. Maybe they are updating something therefore it takes more time for the referral to be applied!

I didn't get any official answer from Koodo. their call center agents are helpless and impatient. I don't want to call again. they even ignore my email. feel frustrated

Robert got it in one try, we're updating Refer-a-Friend right now and it seems to be causing delays. We don't have any details yet, but you can bet once everything's back up and running it'll be better than ever.
