Koodo Referral Program

My friend sent me a referral link on March 7, claiming each of us will receive $100 credit. So I switched to Koodo from my previous provider, activated my plan on March 11 and redeem the credit as instructed. However, I got denied claiming it's not a new account? Is there a way to connect with the people in the referral program, other than through the website? It is rather frustrating.

Did you redeem the referral offer before you activated with Koodo?

Yes. I received the referral on March 7th, redeemed it on March 8th, and activated my account on March 11th. After communicating with Koodo team, they say that as long as I redeemed the offer before March 9th and activate my account within 30 days, my friend and I should be receiving the $100 credit. However, I still received email with Koodo denying my claim, after all the screenshots I showed them as proofs.

Did you message them back letting them know you were denied and ask why?

Contact them via private message on facebook or twitter.  It might be more effective than emailing them back
