Koodo or internet provider problem?

Receiving email s OK but Having trouble sending emails on my 4s. recently reset pw w/ my internet service provider Bell . Koodo message says cannot send mail user name or PW is incorrect. I have already reset PW under settings on phone. Is this a Koodo or Bell problem?

Sometimes it is best to delete and re-create the user in your phone's email settings, rather than simply making changes to passwords.

If you are receiving emails, but can't send, it would seem your SMTP server credentials are incorrect, or not working properly.

Have you tried logging with those credentials on another device or on a computer?

Yes I resolved it. Had to reset the account with Bell. thanks to all.
