The promotion has ended.
Unless you were promised during the promotion time. I don't think you will get the 10GB 60$ BYOD.

The promo was also for new activations (as with the other carriers too).  Unfortunately it would have been a lot faster/easier to port to another carrier to get the promo

No. Fido/Rogers gave it to existing customers even as a plan change on their website without calling in. For all others, including Koodo, Loyalty or whatever department gave the plan to most existing customers who could reach them.

Fido/Rogers didnt have that option until the final day and maybe the evening before that.  And then it was not the most obvious on their self serve.

As we know, quick plan changes online is not something Koodo excels at
