Koodo never takes the phones.

I was wrongly overcharged and I am calling from beginning of October. Sometimes I waited for nearly one hour but nobody picks up phone. The whole November I was deprived of any data claiming that I used them all in one day when I tried to download audio book from the Toronto library website but it did not download anything. Every time it gave me error message, although when I use at home wi-fi to download audio books on the phone I do not have any problem.

Hi Elena,

Regarding your data issue, sometimes apps can be sneaky and use data without you being aware.  That's why shock free data is there to stop you before unknowing using data. 

If you look in your settings you should be able to look at your data usage and narrowing down the app that is the culprit here.  Depending on your phone, you should be able to stop this app from using data and to only use wifi

If the download did not complete, and an error was presented, you still could have used data, even if there was an error with the file being downloaded.
