Koodo keeps txting me an error msg!?!

I keep getting this txt msg:

Error. No User Template for KDO. MDN: 9057307939; NotificationCode: BLOCK_CAN_REMINDER_AUTH

I've gotten six of them... What is going on?

I phoned customer service, the wait times were not bad at all, i think i got that idea because i got my phone and plan mid december and tried calling diring the holidays.

they apologized, they were really nice, said it would be stopping soon, that is was just a glitch, as long as my phone and data works, theres nothing to worry about, they then apologized again for the annoyence... sorry for the bad spelling my spell check is clearly turned off.

but yea, im still getting about two a night, not as bad as when it forst started where there was one every hour all through the night.

whatever though, i still like koodos service, i wknt hold ot against them

but basically be patient, only worry if your phone/data is not working, the messages will stop soon as they are trying overtime to fix things.

also, whish i could speak/read fluent french after seeing some comments here :p

We are still working through this. At this point what we are looking at is to fix the message. I'm being promised that by tomorrow that should be fixed. The frequency is another issue a fix for that is coming real soon. Truly appreciate everyone's patience here.

I just checked my account. My data was turned off, but I topped it off. The top off shows on my bill, but it's still telling me that my data was turned off and I need to top it off. I'm still able to use data, but I've been much more careful about it, sticking to Wi-Fi as much as possible.
I know why people are getting this issue because you're not getting any that you're not getting any network service.Here's how to get network service.1.Make sure airplane mode is turned off. This setting temporarily turns off your network service so you can’t send or receive calls or text messages it can create an error that everyone has on their text messages on their phones.2.Reset your network settings: Resetting your network settings clears your cellular and Wi-Fi network settings, including saved networks, Wi-Fi passwords, VPN and APN settings. Don’t worry, your personal data will be safe.3.Restart your phone: Believe it or not, this simple step could do the trick!
