Koodo is absolutely terrible to get through on the phone!! This is the third time this week I've been on for two hours and have been disconnected. There is no call back option because they do that when their is high wait times. But I guess 7 hours in one week is not considered high wait times. I'm disappointed and won't continue my service. It's not an issue that the community can answer. I just got disconnected and I called back again.
