Koodo is a joke

I am at a loss for words with Koodo. My Moto G is on warranty that has been returned twice for repairs. I called them and they finally agreed to send me a new phone. Things were looking up as I could not deal with the koodo booth at Sherwood Park mall because of a lazy young lady they have working there, that is too busy texting to help the customers out. FIRE HER, she is loosing you business I guarantee. Anyways, back to my other idea. This Koodo fellow said he would send me a new phone and it would be here on Tuesday. I checked the mail each day and it arrived Friday, the package from Koodo seemed kind of light in weight, but its only a phone. I opened the package up and the box I opened to get my new phone out and it was empty. I call Koodo and they said I had to send the defective one back and pay $25.00 to get a new one. I told the lady, NO NO NO, The fellow was waving the fee and since all our conversations are recorded, you can hear that with your own ears, then it became, you have to send the empty box back courier style, before we send you a phone. I drive 24km to send the empty box back, and the lady at Purolator could not believe this. So who cares about me having a defective phone, they want there box back and I am so done with Koodo, Your company is a joke.

This phone needs to go, I have just got the third phone call today asking if I was phoning them because my number came on each persons display, first call at 6 am this morning, then second call this afternoon and the third call at 8:25pm. This is not fair, and I do not want to shut the phone off in case I get an emergency call as I have a grandma who is 100 years old, and she might need to call me.. This needs to be attended too immediately or by tomorrow during business hours. Please make this a priority. Thank you
