This explains why Vidéotron subscribers can roam on big 3's networks in Rest of Canada and their plan carries over. This is awesome :D
Doesn't that mean that Albertans could switch to SaskTel and use SaskTel service in Alberta? This could generate a loss of subscribers switching from the big three to the little three who live in neighbouring provinces...
