Koodo home phone worked great for first 13 days, then all of a sudden no dial tone. Tech support says they can't see any issue on their side of things. The Hub reads full signal, and all lights are green. When you call the number, it goes right to voicemail. Anyone know what might be wrong?
If possible try to get ahold of another handset and plug it in to the Koodo unit and see if that helps, if it does then you know it's the phone it's self, if it doesn't help then chances are there is an issue with the Koodo hoke phone unit it's self.
