Did you merge your account with your sons or did you just add a line for yourself on an account started under his name? Where do you see his name on the account?

What do you mean exactly Jim? What is your question?

Clearly he was somehow nominated to the account, usually happens by the owner (you) directly adding him as authorized user, or by sharing of credentials, and another person adding him. If you are the primary account holder, you should be able to manage authority of the account in self-serve, and set him to the access level you prefer, else you will need to contact Koodo. I suggest a private message from Koodo's Facebook page as being most efficient if you can't adjust in self-serve.

Jim I see two lines on your account. Main contact/account owner is still you, but I see a number ending in 82 assigned to a different name. You would have had to authorize the addition of his line to your account, last October. If any of this doesn't make sense - let us know and we can help troubleshoot further.
