How do you mean, Luis? What type of a message?

Hi Sophia. I should preface my reply with my thoughts on why I believe Koodo is sending me someone else's message. When I first signed up with Koodo (4 years ago?) I believe there was a glitch in the process. At the same time that I signed up, someone named Grace Vasquez was signing up also. During the registration process Koodo addressed me as Grace Vasquez and told me that my email address was taken. Ever since then Koodo has sent me messages to that email address that was supposedly taken and addresses me as Grace Vasquez. I tried to fix the problem right after it happened but gave up when Koodo couldn't fix it or didn't want to bother. Sorry for the long explanation. Anyway the message I got today, again addressed to Grace was to let me know that I need to upgrade my phone for technical reasons. My Moto G clearly doesn't need upgrading. I'm sure Grace's old flip phone, whatever it is, probably does.

@Luis, I fixed it, hopefully once and for all. Looks like your josh....@hotrmail.com address was attached to her account for some reason.

Thanks Bernard! After you fixed it Koodo sent a message (hopefully the final one) to Grace at my email address explaining that her email had changed.

Yes, since it's your email address that was attached to her account your would have gotten the email that said that. She has't set up her online account for years, so we left her message about it.
