Koodo Extended Warranty

- I upgaded phone to a S6 in Dec'16. When I look at my bill I have been charged Extended Warranty since then. When I go into Koodo store, they say they cna't fix it because the warranty is for a LGG3! Dumb. I upgraded from that phone to the S6. But they can't repair my p hone. I have to go to a private shop. Crap I say!! How do I get my money back from all the monthly charges on a warranty that was no use to me??

Did you buy the Extended Warranty when you bought G3?

You said  " I upgaded phone to a S6 in Dec'16. When I look at my bill I  have been charged Extended Warranty since then."    So, you weren't charged before you upgrade to S6, correct?
Then the warranty is for the S6.

The lady says, the warranty is from the LGG3. So, it's a previous/existing warranty

Why theyy couldn't have transferred it to the S6? I don't know

The extended warranty on the original phone would continue for 24 months, unless you cancelled it. Without direct instruction from you to cancel the extended warranty on the G3, and apply a new plan to your S6, they can't simply transfer the warranty. 

If the G3 is more than 24 months old, then you should not be paying for an extended warranty except on your S6.

- Maybe store representative didn't see/check you have the warranty. Did you mentioned about it?

But, you were paying for the warranty all those time, so contact Koodo and ask them if they can do something for it.
