Is it really a problem to fix spf record in DNS? Guys? Really?

ARC-Authentication-Results: i=1; mx.google.com;
       spf=softfail (google.com: domain of transitioning noreply@koodomobile.com does not designate 208.38.59.78 as permitted sender) smtp.mailfrom=noreply@koodomobile.com

Hmmmm....I won't claim to know the answer although I will have the team take look. What I can't figure out is why this is not an issue for most of our customers? Any insight Denis?

It's the issue for all customers.
Yesterday when I bought Kodoo SIMcard, sales rep warned me to check spam folder because Kodoo emails come to the spam very often.

I understand. That's standard warning though. That said we have 100 live accounts we test email deliveries. And on the last 97 ended in the proper mailbox, not redirected by spam filters. Hence my surprise.

There have been a few people mentioning emails not arriving, but it's usually a registration issue (email entered incorrectly, etc), not a spam folder issue.

I'm sure they get flagged for a few people, but it's a small percentage. It's not a widespread issue.

If you see a question mark next to the sender's name, the message isn't authenticated. When an email isn't authenticated, that means Gmail doesn't know if the message is coming from the person who appears to be sending it. If you see this, be careful about replying or downloading any attachments.

spf:koodomobile.com
v=spf1 ip4:83.206.106.17 include:_spf.google.com ~all

Google got email from 208.38.59.78 which is not in your SPF record.
