koodo data? Help?

I went over my data and Koodo sent me a text. If I respond to the text with the word "save" it says I get an extra 1gb of data for $10/month. Will that be per inane or just for 1 month?

Gone over my data ..trying to buy more.. but data usage is over 300mb. In a day?...as well 5 calls to 611. With no answer after a half hour?.. never had an issue before this. But is this the service when something does arise?

I thought data overage will be:
$20 for 1GB within same billing cycle
Or pay per use of $5 for 250 MB.

@ Michael, there is no reason to call your fellow customers names. Please refrain from the verbal abuse.

You can also just change plans and double your current data bucket for just one extra dollar a month. (from $34 to $35).

You said "I pay 52 monthly 200mins 50mb data..." on the other post.

$35 plan includes 200 min and 100MB.
What do you mean "I lose 1/2 my stuff"?

People here try to help your issues every single time you come here.
But you never want to accept any helps/suggestions and ended blaming Koodo, phone/software(after you rooted) and ppl here.

Changing plan could benefit you for your issue this time.

That's there new same plan but missing 1/2 the other options listed in my plan and to go 50 to 100 MB witch is what's on my offer not worth it and fixing it would be alot better for all or do you all like paying for all your data that's being used without consent if I'm paying for 50mb shouldn't I get to use it I didn't install them apps OS it cam with the phone you sell so that makes u the providers

Hey Chloe! Just to confirm, that specific promotion will add on the 10$/1GB monthly, not just for 1 month. You'll be able to remove it at any time; however it can't be re-added on afterwards.  Hope this helps!

When did it end? I received the text at the end of june and was told by customer service over the phone i would be able to wait till my next billing cycle to add it.

Which promo? You posted on a thread that's 3 months old. If you received one in June give it a try and see what response you get once you reply.
