I found this break-down in my bill. I have a tab balance of $-360. My contribution is $15/month and I can see that koodo also contributes $15 to my tab. Does it mean that I only need to pay a total amount of $180 towards my tab for 12 month ?

I think the contribution is leftover from your previous tab since there are no contributions by koodo anymore

But I joined Koodo last November and I think I can only get new tab plans by then. I don't have any old plan that has those contributions.

It could also be a promo, I remember a few months back Koodo was offering bill credit for customers switching from Prepaid to Postpaid. But that was only $10/month for 12 months. It could be a Quebec promo for switching from carriers like Videotron.

Look at your tab history on Self Serve.  Does it show Koodo also contributing every month since November?

When I joined in November, I brought my own phone. And then I bought a new phone last month through Koodo Webstore. This is the first bill I get since I am paying for tab balance. So I don't have Koodo contribution back then because I don't have tab balance before.

I think it's just a duplicate line. Notice how it says Your Contribution (Tab Charge) and then it shows Tab Charge at the bottom. You're paying the $15/month alone.

Hi peterpan!

Could you please send us an email to: http://koo.do/11eMLdy? We will look into this for you. You'll need a valid Self Serve account for verification and while filling out the form select the "Social Media" category.

Thanks!

They will also delete your post of you actually recommend Nabils' solution to someone else. Seems like social media is an insider-only proposition.

Nothing gets deleted Bob unless private info is given, where is that coming from that you think things get delete?
