I am unable to reply or open the koodo community support messages sent to me. They are being sent to my spam and I can't respond, even if I forward to my regular email address?? This service is of no help if it won't allow me into it??
Messages getting sorted to your spam folder has everything to do with your email settings and nothing to do with the koodo community. There should be an option in your email to mark the messages as not spam and move them to your inbox.
