For some reason I am unable to post a reply to my thread. Anyway, do you mean the Koodo guy gave me the wrong information? He said that I could ask for a refund as there should not be late payment charges as long as I pay by the end of the "billing cycle".
You have to pay before your due-date. You can obviously pay before the end of the billing cycle if you know exactly how much you will owe. If you did it correctly there is no reason why Koodo wouldn't refund your money. Keep in mind though if you pay last minute money are not always going end up in Koodo account the day you pay it.
