Koodo/Canada Post can't resolve my shipping address.

I have been with Koodo for a while, usually I go to the store to get a phone. However, I want the online deal this time. It says that "We just verified your address via Canada Post. Please confirm your shipping address"  I choose the current address and the screen flashes but does not proceed. I cant even add my address since it doesn't seem to find it. Please help.

Hi there...

Try to clear the Cookies and Cached data in your navigator, close everything, and re-try to see if that helps...

Usually when you are trying to order a phone online and address has been changed, could take up to 24 hrs for changes to kick in...

Do you have any special offer to upgrade? like TAB waive or credits towards upgrade?

Just tried that, it didn't work. Um, I think the issue is that I live in a rural area and it cant seem to resolve the address I give it. In fact the address on file is just  city, province, postal code. No address at all. I haven't changed my address, it wont let me proceed.  Yeah they are waiving the tab, and if I order online I can get a power pack. See screenshot below:
