Some I got a bill for 2 days Prorated.. and it doesn't make sense at all.

For Dec 12-14 on the $74 dollar plan - i got charged $7.40 before tax that is according to the bill

do they count that as 3 days? or 2 days?

That would be counted as 3 days, the 12th 13th & 14th and your new cycle would start the 15th.

Yeh something doesn't make sense..

I had a total of 5 day of service $74 dollar plan.. so basically 2.47$ a day = $12.35 +
 21.00 tab + 13% tax = $37.68

Though I had a negative balance on my account of -$49.50

Which would be  -11.82 credit of. but the account says i owe $37.68 still.

I don't comprehend.

"For Dec 12-14 on the $74 dollar plan - i got charged $7.40 before tax"
 - This is correct as Paul explain.

I'm confused too.
You said you had a total of 5days of service, but you have a negative balance of -$49.50 ?

Did you open 2nd line under the existing account or you just opened a new account and canceled it...?

I had an old account, which had a credit on it.. I didn't even know ... almost a year.. I kept getting emails i had a credit but ignored it.. and some rep helped me transfer it to the new account..

thus the -49.50

So, you had a 5days of service means that  you opened a new account on Dec 12th and had it for 5 days and cancel, correct?

Your billing cycle is 15th of the month to 14th of the next month.
so If you cancel your service after the 14th, then I don't think your credit is reflect on your current/recent bill yet.

If you login to self serve after the holiday, then your due amount should adjusted by then.  If not, I would contact Koodo.

I cancelled one line kept the one which you are right it should reflect it.. I got a bill which has the credit on it, plus the charges, but it still says I own the amount posted above.. which is beyond me as the credit would of taken care of it.

and like everyone knows the lines are tied up so you can't even discuss anything
