How can I speak to the payment management office regarding a bill from Koodo

To speak with a rep about your bill, you can call *611 from your Koodo phone

I am no longer a koodo customer , however I received a bill from Koodo saying that I owe money .. I deactivated my acct in June and not sure why I receive d a bill

You should still be able to contact Customer Service at:
1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337.

Hours of Operation
Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 7pm
Sunday: 9am - 7pm

They should be able to explain the situation.

I have tried those Numbers several times and I think it wants a phone number so It says I am not a customer.I does not give me the option to speak to anyone .

I tried calling right now and you just have to wait so the guy repeats 3 times the same message (enter your phone #) before letting you go to the next step.
