KOODO AUTO PAYMENT SCAM

Koodo has been charging my visa card for payments I did not approve. And no corresponding credits to my KOODO account. This has been going on for months now. I have complained and it is still happening. KOODO PLS REFUND MY MONEY!

If you did sign up for preauthorized payments such things won't happen by themselves. As we do not have acess to your account it will be very difficult to understand why it happened. You would need to contact Koodo by phone or by Facebook

If it's auto top-up, I don't understand why there are different amounts being charged. And why not at the same interval?

Are these being applied to your account? Someone may have been using your card. Please contact Koodo directly like Robert suggested.

I agree with Ivan. something there is not right, and someone else might be using your CC. I would contact Koodo and your credit card company right away

I have contacted koodo, twice by phone, and recently on Twitter. Nothing has been done. This happens only when I Mk payments. The last top I did , I didn't even signup for auto payment because of this, and but koodo stores your card info, I had to delete it but I was still debited anyway. It only happens with koodo and I shop every where else online.

Are you changing your base plan often? It would explain why you are billed various amounts on various data, either that or the purchase of booster add-ons.

I don't change my base pla often. I was out of country for a couple of months and I switched to 15$ , I got back and switched to 35$. It doesn't account got the amounts on there.
