Does Koodo audit accounts due to name correction. For example I opened up a new account and had my first name spelled wrong but I called back in later to do the name correction, does Koodo audit those accounts due to possible fraud?
Sometimes if there is strange activity on a new activation they'll cancel your service and ask you to prove your Identity via another means. I've heard of this happening on kiosk activations where something is up with your credit card. Especially if you've previously been the victim of identity fraud.
