Koodo app won't let me sign in?

I recently joined koodo and have a samsung galaxy S4, and i can sign in on my self serve account on the internet but it just says "error" when i try it on the app, i even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling! Same problem... i really need to see how much data im using

So you can sign in your self serve account...but not the app.
What kind of "error" message? Error : can't process or no network?

Did you enter correct email address and password?
Does your phone connect to WIFI or mobile network?

I have found this to happen from time to time I think it is a system error. Just wait for a bit.
