Wife cannot open Koodo App Today. After tapping icon, Screen (GS5 Neo) Shows frozen policy screen. Only way to exit this is to shut down phone.

MORE INFO: I just stumbled on the issues related to Koodo's new policy statement. When I asked her about that she said that Friday when she first saw the new "allows" she denied all of them, and consequently was denied access to the App. She has been ill, so didn't try again until today. I'm assuming the Frozen Policy Screen is a result of her denial of all the Policy Requests on Friday.

So now my question is How does she get the App working again? I tried to remove & reinstall it, but I could only "deactivate" it.

Sorry to have to bump this problem, but I thought a Koodo rep at least would have responded by now.
Thanks

Have you tried going to the self serve app in applications manager and setting the permissions to allow?

Just checked with my colleague and Timo's suggestion would be correct.
Depending on the software version, your path might be slightly different, but “Settings-Apps-Koodo Self Serve – Permissions" should help you fix this issue.

Thanks Tim & Ranjan. Reset permissions as directed & good to go.
Cheers
