Koodo app and website not working, can't change m.y plan without being charged because Koodo sucks.

I'm really frustrated with the Koodo app, the Koodo website, and the phone support (or lack thereof). I keep getting an error message every time I try to change my plan, so I have been stuck with no data all day with no way to fix it without being charged $10 because the self serve garbage SUCKS. How long am I going to have to go without data before you guys can get your shit together?

If the website and app aren't working and it is proven so over the phone you won't get charged. The charge is to prevent everyone from calling for simple things that can be done so if they cant be done, you wont get a charge.
When you talk to Koodo, do so in a polite yet firm way so you get your point across and they will take perfect care of you.

Website is working Allan. App never provided rate plan change as a feature. In this case it's something on Brianne's account that's preventing the change. As you said though, we will help her out at no cost to her. :-)
