Koodo account linked to another email?? Can’t pay bill or check usage or log into self serve

I have a bill coming out I set my account up in a Telus Store they asked me what email address I would use for billing I gave them the same one I tried to log in on here to see my usage with and pay my phone bill except I’m getting a screen that says this account is already linked to another email and they need permission from them well there should be no other email and now I can’t pay my bill or check my usage

@Dylon, are you able to make calls, text on your phone. It doesn't seem to be activated. I can see that mid November you talked to Open Connection ( an authorized dealer) but line was never set up it seems. Is there another account under someone else's name (family member) that you have?

It’s under my moms name but was supposed to be linked to my email
