When Koodo was just a small player there service was excellent-perhaps a 4 ****. However in recent years they declined to such an extent that it is a pleasure to move to an Organisation that knows the meaning of Good Service!  Koodo tried to spoil my credit rating by reporting a due of $ 50 or so when I was in Hospital!
DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Hi Hsv,

Any company would do this. If you don't tell them you are in the hospital, Koodo can't guess this. This might be a good time to set-up pre-authorized payments so that this does not occur again.

You obviously have commented without ascertaining the facts.
Have a good day.

It's important to note that Koodo's conduct was within the agreement that you signed. Your post makes it sound like Koodo dishonoured the agreement somehow, which isn't the case.

Your credit rating will not be spoiled by one outstanding bill. Yes, it will be affected, but to say spoiled would be quite a stretch.

If you do move away from Koodo, I would advise you to notify your new carrier of any situations such as this one, since as Mathieu pointed out that they will all act this way.

Do not agree with what you write. You are evidently without knowledge in such matters, and obviously have not understood what happened and chose to respond without ascertaining the facts.
Have a good day.
P.s. For your information Koodo did not abide by the agreement and have accepted that fact!

Under koodo's terms of service, they agree to provide service and you agree to pay your bill. Please indicate where in the terms of service they promise not to report late payments should you be hospitalized.

Ummmm...... the only facts this community of customers has, is what you posted. We have no insight to the inner workings of Koodo, except that gained by surmise.

Thanks. The first logical and sensible comment I have seen and read. Well done.
