koodo received my payment, why is my cell still not in service?

Did your cell get cut off for late payment?

If so you need to call Koodo to re-connect your service. Note that there maybe a $35 re-connection fee

Try toggling airplane mode on then off, that may restore your connection.

Yes got cut off for late payment.
I also tried connecting to Koodo network that says "your SIM card doesn't allow connection to this network"

If your line was suspended then it should reconnect immediately have the payment posts on Koodo's system. Also, your outbound calls should be directed to Koodo anyway.

Unless of course your account was cancelled, in which case you'll have to call from another line. 1-866-995-6636 option 5 for customer service.
