I submitted myself to a cell phone plan with Kodoo and have had nothing but problems. I could not answer calls. I swiped when calls came in, but the phone would not pick up. I took my cell back to Kodoo and the agent tried to pick up call. He finally did after 4 tries, which meant by that time I would lost my incoming call. I wanted to change my phone and I was told that it had been 7 weeks since I got it and I am only allowed to exchange phones up to 6 weeks. The agent told me that I could purchase another phone outright leaving me with one defective phone of which I am paying for monthly for a period of 2 years. I am a senior and cannot afford that. This cell was to be used for emergency purpose only. After a week, I had a heart attack and needed a triple bypass. I was from hope in rehabilitation for several months. I did sent 4 months payment to Koodo and never since I started this have I received an update of payment or amount due. My phone has been cut off and I am receiving collection calls. I do not have any idea what I owe. My cell phone should have been replaced as it is faulty. I do not know what to do... any suggestions would be appreciated
