Kodoo won't accept Credit Card because of "different address than on file"

My credit card was stolen then cancelled, but when I try to pay with my new credit card, it won't let me because it does not match my address on file. Problem is the Visa has the same address as the old one. I found one discrepancy which I had Visa change. but Koodo STILL won't let me pay them with my own credit card and since I can't pay with debit or get in contact with a human my bill just keeps growing.

You can pay through online banking, or, if I recall, through the cellphone interface at *611, as well.

Bill payments are processed automatically. If your payment isn't going through, then there must still be some discrepancy between the addresses on file.

You can contact Koodo through Facebook or Twitter private message to have someone check into this. It's much better than waiting on hold.
