hi Klaas,
What happened? and what would you like to do?
From your statement, If you didn't add easyroam before the trip, you would be charged by the pay-per-use rate. Was it the case?

If you want to cancel, you still need to have to pay the amount though. You need to contact Koodo directly to do it.

I was told that if you need to make a call you can do that and you have 24 hrs after that call..so I made 6 or 7 calls in one afternoon for a cost of $33.00...im so mad that I canceled the automatic withdrawal from my credit card .

You won't be charged $10 for talking to them about your bill!
I have looked everywhere for a phone number..where would you find that..or do I have to go to a location in a shopping center.?

Koodo has a new call back system so you can schedule a call and won't have to wait on the phone... Try koodomobile.com/chat

If you'd rather call, it's 611 from your Koodo phone. Pretty sure they're closed now though :)

You could send message to their facebook to avoid the wait on phone. To call Koodo you could dial *611 from your Koodo handset

Or call 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) (if not calling *611 from your Koodo phone) if you don't want to wait for them to reply to a Facebook message.

@Klaas if you sign into your self-serve account, go to Mobile Services, and look at My Add-ons list, do you see the $10/day Easy Roam INTL and $7/day US Easy Roam on your account?:

If not, then you never enabled it and were charged the pay-per-use rate correctly, unfortunately.

Have you actually logged Into your self serve and downloaded your detailed pdf e-bill to view your specific charges?
Have you actually logged into self serve to see your easy-roam?
Have you actually gone on to the koodo website to see how easy roam works and how to activate it?
