When I go to the malls, I notice Fido and Virgin have more traffic and their kiosk's look a tad more professional. Wouldn't it make sense if Koodo spends a few buck$ to have the same professional look rather than the casual look?

I do understand that professionalism is a great quality to have in a business but Koodo's direction into marketing is more family orientated and casual. Virgin Mobile tries to attract teens with their H&M giftcards and look more sleek and trendy. Fido is more informative and professional looking. You can obviously tell by Koodo's commercials that Koodo isn't really trying to get either but they are going their own direction and I think it's fine. Whenever I see a Koodo commercial, I remember it clearly because of the catchy "Kooooodoooo" and El Tabador. I think it is a great marketing tool.

I do somewhat agree that I find Koodo is being too casual and should step up in looking more professional but I don't think Koodo can ever go that direction.

In my Town the Koodo Kiosk is just as busy as the virgin one and around Christmas time koodo is much busier. In fact I hate having to deal with the kiosk here at Christmas time because it takes usually an hour to be helped.

I personally prefer Koodo's look. They're more 'fun' looking & more welcoming than the stark look of the other kiosks...I don't think El Tabador would want it any other way.
