If I want to switch from Rogers to Koodo and keep my phone number, do I have to go to a store or can I call customer service?
Also, once you go in store make sure you provide your # and account # with Rogers. This is so the store can input a port request so Koodo can take your #. Keep in mind the line has to stay active with Rogers in order for Koodo to take it. Also if you're still in a contract with Rogers they will be bill you out if you're still in contract.
The Mobile Shop should be able to help you out no problem. If they're the only koodo retailer around though, you should consider their extended coverage plan, which allows them to deal with warranty repairs rather than requiring you to travel to a koodo kiosk or mail your phone away.
