I have the old 56 double combo, if I get a new phone do I have to switch to a new plan. I would then end up paying 60 A month and only get 1gb of data?.

Still have wise answers, don't need them please mind your manners, I have some tab credit that I would hate to go to waste. Thanks for answering my question with a question.

Well to answer your question, you can keep the plan if you upgrade. However, there is no more 15% contribution. You'll be paying the entire Tab subsidy (up to a maximum of $360 + your positive will help too) as a separate charge, meaning it'll be $56 + 15 = $71/month.
