I need a new phone. I paid off my tab and want to order the Q5. Is there a way to keep my current plan? It keeps instructing me to pick a plan...

Log into your self serve and then click the webstore link from there. Keep in mind you may need to choose a new plan depending on which tab you want to use. To use the medium Tab your plan must be $30 or more and to use a large tab you need to choose a tab large plan. Small tab has no restrictions.

Thanks Paul, but I'm not sure I explained my situation thoroughly....

I currently have an old plan that is $25 for 200 minutes plus some add-ons that aren't offered anymore. When I go through the steps to purchase a new phone on my (small) tab, it says picking a plan is required, but the only plans offered start at $29 and don't include the add-ons I currently have.

I would like to keep my current plan and get the new phone. Do-able?

I'm curious, what kind of add-on do you have? (You are paying $25 plus add-on currently) Koodo's current plans have 5pm Evenings and Weekends, Unlimited Messaging, Call Display, Voicemail...
$29 plan doesn't cover your add-on?

5 essentials - unlimited calling to 5 people (need it!)

Oh, I see. Right, $29 plan doesn't do anything but 5 essentials :)

Just click on "Check out" on the top right side when "select a plan" appeared.
Then check out now > Existing customer .....
Then you should be fine.
