Hello I am currently with Virginmobile and am trying to port my number to my brother's account with Koodo. However everytime i try to port I get an error message saying "sorry phone number change failed".
Could it be that the account I am porting to is not in my name?
Hey Alex! Can you make sure that the number is still in an active state with Virgin (not cancelled or suspended)? The name on the account won't make a difference as long as the right information is provided during the port in. Keep us posted!
