I just signed up and noticed there was an add on I didn't even want. A 911 charge! I tried to remove it but keep getting this message..An error has occurred. Please refresh the page or try again later. Any advice? Very annoying.

It's not something you can remove. This add-on is mandatory and imposed by the government

You don't have a choice to not pay the 911 charge. It is mandated by the province in which you live.

That's surprising, as Bell was even charging it in the Territories where 911 is unavailable. They paid a HUGE rebate to these customers a couple of years ago.
