Hi, my phone's SIM card was blocked because i put my puk code my phone said that is wrong puk code but i put correct puk code. what i should to do now my phone is not working.

Well, if it's still asking for the PUK code you can contact Koodo at 1-866-995-6636 and they can confirm the code from their system. Afterward your phone will ask you to create a PIN, just select whatever you want, then it will ask you to confirm the PIN so just use the same number again.

However, if the phone no longer asks for the PUK code at boot up and instead says "PUK blocked" then unfortunately the SIM has been permanently locked. The only option in that case would be to replace the SIM.

Just a friendly heads up though, if ever you have a question again, it's best to post it in the questions section. Not all of us here are OCD enough to check all the new praises. ;)
