rec'd email saying we are at 50% (250mb) useage, checked my account it says 4.69 used. Why is there such a big difference this must be a mistake?

I know there's delays in the system but not exactly sure if there are delays between texts and showing up on your account but maybe check it again and see if your self serve is showing the new amount now. We're you checking the app or website self serve? Are both showing the same amount?

@ John, you received that notification on the 23rd of February. Indeed you passed 50% of your data bucket at that point. The 24th of February was your new bill cycle start date. Everything started from zero again. So, this month, in your current cycle you have only used 4mb so far. Everything looks fine.
