The 5C is essentially the same phone as the 5, except for the plastic body. It's a very capable phone.

The 5S, on the other hand, is a slight improvement over the 5. It has an improved processor that can capture movement data (for example, track your steps for fitness purposes - this is optional). The camera is slightly improved and offers slow-motion video capture. Also present is their TouchID, which allows you to unlock the phone and use your fingerprint instead of a password for purchases (optional).

That's because Virgin has the iphone 5s for $154 on a platinum plan which requires a minimum of $80 per month.

Koodo is $175 on their Tab Large which is still more than Virgin.

However if you choose a Tab M you actually save more money over 2 years. It's even cheaper than getting it direct from Apple

$275 for the iPhone 5S on Tab M.

Then you can choose a plan Koodo has right now.
So the cheapest plan would be the $35 plan + $5 Tab. Which means you end up paying $5x24 = $120 in Tab charges for a $400 Tab subsidy with a $35 plan.

Yes, you can keep your current plan. But, it would be $275 upfront, plus $5/month for 24 months.
