Just want to make sure my plan is cancelled with you guys.. I keep getting emails about my "plan" but I cancelled this when I switched to Bell.

How did you cancel your account?
If you port/transfer out your number to Bell, then your account should be cancelled automatically
If you opened account with Bell with new number, you still need to call Koodo and cancel your account.
